Surface Idea: Bill asked if he should continue to get an estimate

for pea gravel and clearing current lot.

Bill will get estimate for removal of gravel,

Scott also had an idea for "tire gravel".  It will not break down,

setting fabric and spreading rubber/pea

water will pass through and it stays cleaner and is easier on

gravel

knees.  Mark Klune's son sells this. Sold in 50# bags

Scott to check on price on "tire gravel"

Building Use

Committee tentatively to meet 1st Thursday each month

Committee Members are: Bill, Marge Dalia, Carla Howard, Yonge, Alex and Susan as resource.

Scott shared building addition ideas with the Vestry, and

shared a drawing of his proposal, providing a good starting point.

May 18th Picnic

This was a great event - as many as 30 people came from Ascension, as

well as about 6 people from King of Kings.  We received many favorable

comments from our guests, and they expressed an interest in getting

together for other events.  Bookmarks celebrating the 50th

anniversary of the church were designed by Brenda, and handed out at the picnic.
